My personal yoga and meditation practice began in 2004 and has become an important part of my daily practice. In 2024 I enrolled in the 200 hour yoga teacher training of my dreams. I am beyond grateful to the wonderful teachers and fellow students, and the community we built and continue to build.
As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), I am committed to continuing education and have received additional certifications in Trauma Informed Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and Yin Yoga.
The styles of asana that I feel most drawn to teaching are slow flow and restorative, adding adaptive and trauma informed elements to each practice. I am passionate about yoga in all of its eight limbs.
My goal is to create a safe and inclusive space where people can build community and feel welcome, autonomous, and accommodated.
